• This ticket must be redeemed on the booked date and during the day's opening hours. It will be invalid after the expiration date
• Present your order number on-site to redeem your ferry ticket directly at No. 2, Tai O Market Street, next to the Blue Iron Bridge (accessible after passing the Blue Iron Bridge)
• In case of inclement weather, the attendant will advise guests to adjust the boarding time based on prevailing conditions. This includes the hoisting of the black rainstorm warning signal or the suspension of Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above
• Service booking arrangements are subject to merchants’ actual availability
• If a participant can't attend on the departure day for personal reasons, it's deemed an automatic abandonment, with no refund for paid fees
• If you decide not to participate in the event during the event, no refund will be given
• The participant is responsible for covering the costs of repairing, restoring, or repurchasing any damaged or destroyed equipment, appliances, devices, or other property due to negligence during the event, excluding normal wear and tear
• Please take care of your belongings. KKday and its suppliers will not be responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur before, during or during the event
• The supplier reserves the right to alter the activity route based on weather conditions, participants' abilities, or venue arrangements without prior notice. Participants are not entitled to retroactive compensation or any form of reimbursement for such changes
• The supplier may cancel the event due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. If similar circumstances occur, the event can be rescheduled and handled according to the following bad weather arrangements
• Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to participate
• Participants need to determine whether their personal abilities and physical condition are suitable for participating in this activity
• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, people with reduced mobility, and people with certain health conditions (hypertension, epilepsy, etc.)
• Participants must attentively follow the captain's instructions, explanations, and safety regulations on the day, and wear safety equipment properly
