eSIM Validity
• eSIM QR code is valid for 30 days before activation
• Package validity starts once the eSIM is activated in the destination country
• eSIM must be activated within one of the supported coverage countries

QR Code Usage
• QR code can only be scanned and used once
• QR code cannot be transferred to another device after activation
• Please keep a backup copy or screenshot of the QR code before installation

Installation & Activation
• Installation must be completed through the device's eSIM settings
• Do not scan the QR code using the Camera application
• Stable internet connection is required during installation
• Data roaming must be enabled for the eSIM to function properly

Unlimited Package Policy
• Unlimited packages are subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
